How to prepare dosa

    


            How to make dosa 

                  

  1. Drain the water from the dal & methi. 
  2. Grind to a smooth batter until smooth & bubbly or frothy. 
  3. Drain the water completely from rice & add it to the jar. 
  4. Blend to a smooth or slightly coarse batter. 
  5. Pour this to the urad dal batter and mix well both of them well with your clean hand.
  6. Drain the water from the dal & methi. 
  7. Grind to a smooth batter until smooth & bubbly or frothy. 
  8. Drain the water completely from rice & add it to the jar. 
  9. Blend to a smooth or slightly coarse batter. 
  10. Pour this to the urad dal batter and mix well both of them well with your clean hand.
  11. Switch on the stove put the pan on the stove.
  12. Take a onion .
  13. Cut it to half then rub it on the pan.
  14. Take the batter pour it on the pan .
  15. Wait for 5 seconds and then put 2 -3 drops of cooking oil.
  16. After some time take the dosa and put the other side on the pan. 
  17. After some time take the dosa put it On a plate And your dosa is ready.
