How to make dosa
- Drain the water from the dal & methi.
- Grind to a smooth batter until smooth & bubbly or frothy.
- Drain the water completely from rice & add it to the jar.
- Blend to a smooth or slightly coarse batter.
- Pour this to the urad dal batter and mix well both of them well with your clean hand.

- Switch on the stove put the pan on the stove.
- Take a onion .
- Cut it to half then rub it on the pan.
- Take the batter pour it on the pan .
- Wait for 5 seconds and then put 2 -3 drops of cooking oil.
- After some time take the dosa and put the other side on the pan.
- After some time take the dosa put it On a plate And your dosa is ready.
